Now, you have to decide if you want create it with your computer or with your hands on a paper. Your Vision Board should represent your actual mood and your intentions for the next months. Some people will prefer to do it digitally because it can be easier and maybe less long. However, doing it with your hands on an actual paper can be very therapeutic et releasing. It is up to you!

So, take a moment for you, sit into a quiet space and focus on your mood. The example you see right above illustrates maybe a desire to travel, to live a peaceful life this year, to take it slow. You see, it can be something anecdotal or symbolic. It just has to look great for you, to inspire you every day. Take old books or magazines and cut things you want to add on your Vision Board. It can be pictures, words, sentences, colors on a paper… anything.

If you choose to create a digital Vision Board, then you can use common tools such as Pinterest or Instagram for instance. They are full of inspirational pictures or quotes that you can use. And for the most motivated persons, you can make your own pictures or your own quotes! Creativity is your best friend here!

Final step: Now, use it!

Now that your Vision Board is created, you will have to use it! The better way to make it efficient is to put it as a wallpaper for your phone and computer for instance. If it is not a digital one, you can hang it on a wall of your house, on the fridge or wherever you think it will be useful. Enjoy your creative work and stay focused on what makes you feel good!
